To provide information to prosecutor’s offices, courts, and relevant public officials regarding matters of public safety and legal disputes, upon request and as required by legislation;

Since tuzelyatcilik.com did not start its publication life before February 20, 2020, which is the effective date of the KVKK, we do not have any personal data stored before this date.

Your personal data collected by any of the methods mentioned above, to be processed in Turkey or to be processed and stored outside Turkey, may also be transferred to service intermediaries located abroad (to countries where there is adequate protection and which are accredited by the Personal Data Board), provided that it remains within the scope of KVKK and in accordance with the purposes of the contract.
Your Personal Data may be transferred when deemed necessary to:
Our business partners with whom cooperation is made and/or services are received for the presentation and promotion of products and services,
Authorized authorities that will determine your location in case of an emergency call,
Regulatory and supervisory institutions, and other official institutions such as courts and enforcement offices, and other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data,
Legal entities that have a commercial relationship with tuzelyatcilik.com and possess your telephone number.
Storage and Protection of Personal Data
tuzelyatcilik.com is obliged to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data and unauthorized access to systems and databases where your personal data is hosted, in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK; and to take software measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logging, access management, and physical security measures to ensure their preservation. In the event that it is learned that personal data has been obtained by others through illegal means, the situation will be reported immediately to the Personal Data Protection Board in writing and in accordance with the legal regulation.
Keeping Personal Data Up-to-Date and Accurate
In accordance with Article 4 of the KVKK, tuzelyatcilik.com has an obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, in order for tuzelyatcilik.com to fulfill its obligations arising from the current legislation, our members must share accurate and up-to-date data or update it via the website/mobile application.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Pursuant to KVKK No. 6698
Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698 came into force on October 07, 2016, and the rights of the Personal Data Owner after this date are as follows: The Personal Data Owner, by applying to tuzelyatcilik.com (data controller), has the right to:
Learn whether personal data is processed,
Request information if personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
In case of correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data, request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Communication and Application Method
The Data Controller Representative to be appointed by tuzelyatcilik.com will be announced in the Data Controllers Registry and at the internet address where this document is located when the legal infrastructure is provided. Personal Data Owners can direct their questions, opinions, or requests to the booking@Tüzelshipping.com e-mail address.
tuzelyatcilik.com may give a positive/negative response to the submitted requests, provided that it is justified and answered within 30 days, in writing or digitally. It is essential that the necessary procedures regarding the requests are free of charge. However, if the transactions require a cost, tuzelyatcilik.com reserves the right to request a fee. These fees are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board over the tariff determined according to Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
