TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Parties and Definitions
This agreement is concluded between Tüzel Yatçılık, which offers yacht charter services based in Fethiye and Göcek (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and individuals/institutions who benefit from these services or use the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
2. Service Scope and Islamic Sensitivities
Service Description: The Company offers weekly private yacht accommodation, routing, and crewed/bareboat charter services in the bays of Fethiye and Göcek.
Sensitivities: Tüzel Yatçılık has adopted the principle of providing an environment suitable for Islamic values for its guests. In this context, privacy is fundamental on our boats, the service and use of alcoholic beverages may be restricted, and all food provided is selected in accordance with halal standards.
3. Reservation and Payment Conditions
In order for the reservation to be finalized, a portion of the determined total amount (deposit) must be paid as a pre-payment.
The remaining part of the payment must be completed on the boat or within the determined legal periods before the start of the service.
Services included in the prices (fuel, port taxes, personnel, etc.) and excluded services (provisions, extra activities, etc.) are specified separately in the reservation form.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellations made by the Customer, certain rates of deduction are applied depending on the time remaining until the tour date. Please ask for the current rate during the agreement.
For tours that cannot take place due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, legal restrictions, etc.), the parties shall determine a new date with mutual consent or a refund process shall be initiated.
5. Rules of Use and Responsibilities
Security: The Customer is obliged to comply with the safety rules reported by the captain and crew on the boat.
Privacy: The Company takes all necessary physical measures to protect the Customer’s privacy; however, it cannot be held directly responsible for factors arising from natural conditions and surrounding boats.
Damage: The Customer is responsible for intentional damage to the boat and its fixtures.
6. Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)
Tüzel Yatçılık stores the identity and contact information shared during reservation only for legal obligations (port authority notifications, etc.) and to increase service quality. Your data is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, images, slogans, and content on this website belong to Tüzel Yatçılık. Copying or using them for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
8. Right to Make Changes
Tüzel Yatçılık reserves the right to update these terms of use without prior notice. The current text becomes valid from the moment it is published on the website.
9. Authorized Courts
